HOTELS IN PUNTA CANA WITH PCR TESTING FACILITIES ON SITE AND TRAVEL STATUS UPDATED

 The Dominican Republic is open for international travels but some restrictions are still in place.

All international travelers are welcome to the Dominican Republic as all the airports are opened, but sea borders and land borders remain closed.




Quarantine is not required if you are going to visit the Dominican Republic.

 COVID-19 test are not required anymore, anyone arriving will have to:
  • submit a health declaration provide by the airline.
The public Transportation is operating with some restrictions.

Restaurants and cafes in Dominican Republic are open between 6:00 and 19:00 with some restriction, delivery may be open until 23:00.

In Punta Cana the Curfew on week days from 5:00 until 19:00  with free transit until 22:00 and on weekends from 5:00 until 17:00 with free transit until 20:00. In case you flight arrive or leave out of this timing do not worry about it,  because taxi drivers at the airport have permission to work at any time.

All the Beaches are opened for tourism with some restriction for social distancing.

It as required to everyone wear a face mask in all public places.

Business and Attraction:

  • Non essential business and attractions are now opened, but some restriction may applied. we recommend to verify before going the closing time, most of them will close at 17:00 on week days and at 15:00 on weekends.
  • Events and mass gathering are still suspended.
